Paul H. Dietz, LPTA
President of Operations
Paul Dietz is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Receiving his education from Sinclair Community College, Paul has 40 plus years of clinical/managerial experience in the Therapy profession. He brings to the table his expert knowledge in skilled nursing facilities, in-house therapy management, therapy transitions, in-patient and out-patient therapy.
As our President of Operations Paul oversees brainstorming and planning of high-level strategies to improve organizational processes. He leads the team to develop and update company policies and procedures. He also reviews financial reports and budgets regularly to ensure profitable planning and provides innovative solutions to operational challenges.
Greg Andes,
Vice President of Operations
Greg Andes has nearly 10 years of rehabilitation and management experience in the long term care setting. Graduating from the University of Toledo in 2012 and Professional Skills Institute in 2016, Greg had an immediate attraction to long term care. Greg began working as a treating Physical Therapist Assistant but knew quickly that he wanted to further his career in management. In 2023, Greg became the Vice President of Operations for High Point Therapy.
As our Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our growing company. In addition to operational responsibilities, Greg has established a reputation for fostering relationships, communicating effectively, and continuing to build strong partnerships to contribute to the overall success and growth of High Point Therapy.
